How To Fight By Scott Nielson is a new street self defense book offering no nonsense advice step by step explanations of techniques for everything from how to put power into your punches to defending yourself against armed assailants. It’s is a fairly short book so obviously there is a limit to how much they could get in there. This is no comprehensive guide to everything that you need to know to learn how to fight, despite what the title may suggest, but what is in there is very good with some excellent tips and strategies and easy to pick up techniques, and the author does manage to cover a suprising amount of ground in a short space.
