I’m so glad that I found this page I have been looking for a good list of videos to show to a class I am in where we are talking about people being attacked and what we can do to protect ourselves thanks for the help.

This is excellent information and nowadays a variety of self defense items such as stun guns, pepper pepper spray, and personal alarms, etc are made to be disguised as everyday ordinary items, like cell phones, pens, perfumes, and pagers.Any of these items can be purchased online if women cant find a store in their city or cant get out to purchase them. Self defense items are a neccesity for all women because you never know what situations life may bring you.
